Who deals with my order?

Your order is handled by the persons in the band itself. We will pack your order, and send it from the post office. 

When will my order ship?

As soon as we possibly can. Often the same day.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times will vary depending on which country we're sending your order to. Within Sweden will usually take 1-3 business days. International orders naturally take longer to arrive, please expect to receive your shipment in 5-15 business days.

My order should have arrived by now. What can I do?

International shipments do not have tracking, and therefore we are not able to guarantee a hundred percent accurate arrival time. Nevertheless, do not hesitate to contact us if it's been too long. We will do our very best to solve the issue as soon as we can, in the good interest of both parties. 

Where do you ship?

Worldwide. Choose your country during checkout. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards via the built-in Stripe feature of Big Cartel and can therefore guarantee its safety. 

Please do note that all duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are solely the responsibility of the buyer and thus it will not not be refunded and/or reimbursed by Set Before Us for any reason.
